The best barbecue requires with the best ingredients. Quality is our top priority, which is why we feature premium chicken, pork, and beef products, such as our Springer Mountain Farms™ chicken and our Tennessee-raised beef.

We season our chicken, ribs, and pork with our house-made HoneyFire Dry Rubs and Sauces, featuring real dehydrated American honey and superior spices, to create our signature “sweet heat” flavor profile.

Our brisket is simply seasoned with salt and pepper, then slow-smoked overnight to produce a tender, delicious slice complete with that iconic smoke ring.

We’re sold on tried-and-true recipes that keep our customers coming back for more. Our unique appetizers, sides, and desserts serve as proof that crowd-pleasers never go out of style. For all of our dishes, we try to source our ingredients locally whenever possible.
